ETF - Provider of Exchange Traded Funds

Hi,
this is about a lot of money.
I am missing guidance for selection of ETFs. What do you think?
I can provide a list with european companies (Amundi, XTrackers, UBS) and also the US pendants (Vanguard, iShares / Blackrock, SPDR, Invesco, Wisdom Tree, Charles Schwab, Fidelity).
